Capital Expenditures Fund

Established to provide quick funding to clubs that have large, emergency expenses
2% of F-board budget to Cap Ex Fund;

$150,000 cap on fund

Built to replace the individual emergency funds held by some secured organizations

Secured Organizations Reform

Percentage system to be replaced with dollar-figure allocation (baselines)

Secured organizations must OK budget with Finance Board

Baselines are only recommended values, and can be exceeded if necessary

Secured groups can come in front of Finance Board multiple times over a semester as necessary

Baseline allocations significantly lower than past percentage allowances (see graphs, right). Exceptions: Waltham Group, BTV

The Student Union and the Justice are not required to OK budgets;

however, their budgets have been reduced
