Letter to the Editor: Iran situation not to be taken lightly

To the editor,
As student leaders at Brandeis University, we wish to call attention to the danger to American national security and global stability posed by Iran's illegal pursuit of nuclear weapons. We are troubled by the Iranian government's stated intention to destroy the United States and Israel, by Iran's material, financial, and political support for international terrorism, and by Iran's unabated pursuit of nuclear power. We applaud our elected leadership for the recent passage of the Iran Freedom Support Act and call on them to continue to dedicate time and effort to stopping Iran.
