The Ologunde ensemble celebrates the rich Afro-Brazilian culture of Salvador, Bahia through a diverse repertoire of music, dance and martial arts. Ologunde performs a diverse repertoire which includes the rituals, a synthesis of the Yoruba and Catholic religions, the breathtaking capoeira martial arts dance, a warrior dance, and the exhilarating samba de roda. Preconcert lecture at the Rose Art Museum at 7:00 p.m.. Advance tickets $10 for students available by calling . Day of Show Ticket Prices $15 students.
