The Class of 2005 yearbook was not finished on time, according to an email from Archon Yearbook Editorial Staff sent to members of the class of 2005. The email states that the book will take several more weeks to be shipped to seniors.

The Archdiocese of Boston appointed Father Walter Cuenin as the new interim chaplainfor the university, according to the Boston Globe. The Globe reported that Cuenin was looking excited about to coming to Brandeis. Im looking forward to working with the students and faculty at the universityIts a way of being involved in the Jewish community, as I have been for many years, and of working with the Catholic community on that campus.

The Director of the Newton Free Library refused to allow FBI officials to take computers from library premises without a warrant on after a Jan. 18 email suggesting an imminent threat to the Heller School was traced there, according to the Boston Herald. FBI agents eventually tried to obtain a warrant for removal of the computers. Mayor David Cohen of Newton called the refusal Newtons finest hour, according to the Herald.
