WBasketball falls to NYU 53-59, Judges now 3-2 since the New Year

There are some things that just dont change. Be it American Idol never coming to an end, people calling Jimmy Carter the worst president ever, Marty Schottenheimer finding yet another way to lose in the play offs and the New York University Violets continuing to be the scourge of Brandeis womens basket ball.

An Ultimately good time

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is Marvels latest addition to its long line of media. The game is about Doctor Doom's plot to acquire vast power and rule over all of reality…

What will happen after Carter?

Apparently a considerable number of faculty and students are under the impression that the Palestinian message has been silenced or muted at Brandeis and have longed to bring that message vividly to the attention of the community. I suppose the invitation to and the forthcoming appearance of President Carter will help to satisfy that desire, although I would think serious advocates of the Palestinian cause must know that there are much better advocates of their views than he.

President Carter to speak on campus

After weeks of organizing and a signed petition by over one hundred members of a joint student-faculty committee, former President Jimmy Carter has agreed to speak and answer questions regarding his controversial book Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid. It was a good send off for seven seniors participating in their final home match.

MBasketball upset No. 24 NYU, end two game skid

The new year has not been especially kind to Brandeis but for their miscues, they quickly follow up with moments of inspired play. This is especially true of Brandeis mens basketball performance as they snapped a two game losing skid to upset formerly 24th ranked New York University 52-48.

A look back at the music of 2006 and ahead to 2007

2007 seems to be a promising year for fans of the increasingly popular indie rock and college radio music scenes. A warning to music fans: Be prepared to buy (or if you must, burn) a significant amount of albums if this years offerings are as strong as last years, a highly likely scenario.
